When the UIL Region XV Ladies District Choir concert is held on November 19, at 6:00p.m. at McAllen High School, eight students from Veterans Memorial High School (VMHS) will be among the performers. Over 400 auditioned for spots in the choir.

The VMHS students who will be performing with the choir are: Natasha Maldonado, Patricia Ortiz, Brianna Salinas, Elizabeth Davis, Myhra Zarate, Lisa Stuart, Briana Hinojosa, Michelle Guajardo. The concert is free and open to the general public.
